What

I practice context-based medicine, meaning I consider your specific health goals or problems within the context of your full picture rather than through a singular symptom-based lens.  My areas of expertise are:

Prevention: assisting in the prevention of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and neurodegenerative disease.

Performance: improving cognitive ability and physical capability.

Stress and Emotional Health: addressing stress, anxiety, and depression.

Just like anything that needs improvement, your health requires a roadmap detailing where you are, where you want to go, and how you are going to get there.  Unfortunately, this roadmap is often overlooked and poorly planned, not for lack of intention but for lack of information and proper medical support along the way.

My context-based approach combines the philosophy and benefits of naturopathic, East Asian, and conventional medicines, to develop a strategy that addresses not only your chief complaint but also improves your overall health.

Here’s how I do it.
